Yoga Asana can help you connect to yourself and the world around you in ways that you never thought possible. You can start right now. Pause. Pay attention to the air as it fills and empties your lungs. You can control your breath, but you are not in control of it.  You are, ultimately, at the mercy of its coming and going.

There is peace in that truth. You can relax and give yourself more room to breathe. You can rest. You can allow yourself to become the person you know you are. You are the seed, soil, roots, leaves, and flowers.

PRIVATE LESSONS & SMALL GROUPS

I employ the methods of hatha, vinyasa, HIIT training, restorative, meditation, and chanting. You may want HIIT but need restorative. What you need will reveal itself. In relationship we will find a route to your radiant body-mind.

Private lessons

Private lessons are tailored to your individual needs, injuries, and goals. Experiences coalesce in your body and it’s my goal to design a practice that heals, rejuvenates, and makes you stronger on all levels of your body, mind, and spirit.

SMALL GROUPS

Small group lessons are an affordable alternative to private lessons that still allow me to tailor the practices to your needs. These are the most fun with friends, although I can also put you in a small group lesson if there is availability. If you need more individualized instruction than can happen in a public class, tag some friends and let’s go!

WORKSHOPS

HIIT IT AND QUIT IT

Do you want results? Are you ready for a challenging workout that repairs DNA, increases V02 Max, reverses aging, and gives you the results of 4 hours at the gym in 20 minutes? If so, you’re in luck!

High Intensity Interval Training does all of that and that means you can spend the remainder of the time you’d planned on working out to get some rest. This 90 minute workshop is a combination of Yoga Shred™, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga that will leave you with a glow you didn’t even know was possible.



The goddess reset

Reveling in our femininity can be a gift, but the feminine has historically been misconstrued, wrongly defined, and abused. This workshop is designed to create a safe space from which to explore aspects of the divine feminine with an aim to integrate those qualities and live as fully embodied women. The intention is to heal our misidentifications and misconceptions as we redefine what it means to be women. Our ultimate goal is to transcend the gender binary.

This workshop is open to anyone who identifies or was raised as a woman.

REST AND RELEASE

Are you in need of some deep, yogic rest? I know I am. Rest is the most challenging aspect of healthy living to master. Most of us are trained to drive ourselves hard and many of us do that well. But we don't usually allow our nervous systems to reset, and it turns out that's what's required if you want a radiant life.

This workshop is a 2-hour sanctuary that will leave you refreshed and revived. Give yourself the gift of release.
